AI Zippe Discovery turns raw client discovery responses into a condensed, organized template with the key facts, relevant law codes, dates, and admissions your attorneys need. Hours of review, done in minutes.
Form interrogatories, special interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs — PDF or Word. Free account required, 1 summary free.
No new workflow to learn. If your team can drag a file, your team can use AI Zippe Discovery.
Upload client discovery responses in PDF or Word — interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, all supported. Got more than one set for the same case? Drop up to 4 files at once and they're combined into a single summary.
The engine reads every response, pulls the key facts and admissions, flags evasive answers, and matches the relevant statutes and jury instructions.
One clean, organized document with everything your attorney needs to know — ready to drop into the depo binder or share with the team.
Built around how plaintiff and defense teams actually prep for depositions.
Relevant statutes, vehicle codes, evidence codes, and CACI instructions surfaced automatically alongside the facts that trigger them.
Admissions and damaging concessions pulled to the top so nothing gets buried in page 40 of a response set.
Boilerplate objections and non answers flagged for meet and confer, so follow up never slips.
Suggested lines of questioning built from the gaps and contradictions in the responses.
Templates export to Word in your house style — fonts, colors, headers — consistent across every case.
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used for training, and purged after processing.
An associate spends most of a day summarizing one discovery set. AI Zippe Discovery does it while they pour their coffee — so your team walks into depositions prepared, confident, and already ahead.
A complete discovery response summary, built the way litigation teams actually work a file.
Your first summary is free. After that, pay per discovery when caseloads are light or go unlimited when they aren't.
Law firms trust us with privileged material. That responsibility shapes how AI Zippe Discovery is built, top to bottom.
“Every firm's client files are handled with the same care we would demand for our own cases. Confidentiality is not a feature of this product. It is the foundation of it.”
Read exactly what that means on our Security page — no vague claims.
Everything firms ask before their first upload.
AI Zippe Discovery is a litigation support tool for law firms. Upload client discovery responses (form interrogatories, special interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs) and receive a full discovery response summary: a case detail table, overview, responding party background, the incident account, vehicle and insurance posture, witnesses and documents, and follow up flags with recommended next moves — all in a formatted Word template ready for your depo binder.
General chatbots give you a wall of text with no structure, no consistency, and no confidentiality commitments. AI Zippe Discovery is purpose built for discovery review: every summary follows the same structured litigation format, admissions are cited to response numbers, law codes are matched to the facts that trigger them, and your documents are never used to train AI models.
Summaries are built strictly from the document you upload, and fields not stated in the responses are marked as such rather than guessed. That said, AI can misread vague or poorly phrased responses, so every summary is designed for attorney review, not as a substitute for it. Always verify before relying on a summary in official proceedings.
Documents are encrypted in transit, used only to generate your summary, never used to train AI models, and are not separately stored after your summary is produced. We claim no rights to your documents or the summaries generated from them. See our full confidentiality commitment above.
Yes, if you turn it on — it's off by default. From your dashboard you can opt in to save the summaries you generate so your team can revisit them later. Only the generated summary is saved, never the original document you uploaded. You can delete any saved summary at any time, and turning the setting off just stops new ones from being saved — it doesn't delete what's already there.
Create an account and your first full discovery summary is on us, download included, no card required. After that it's $50 per discovery or $600 a month for unlimited.
One credit runs one discovery set and includes the formatted Word download. Credits never expire and can be purchased anytime from your dashboard. If an analysis fails for any reason, your credit is not used.
PDF and Word (.docx) files up to 9 MB each. Older .doc files should be saved as .docx first.
Yes. If an attorney hands you several discovery response sets for the same case (Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, RFPs served separately, for example), drop up to 4 files at once and they're combined into a single, reconciled summary — still just 1 credit. Very large combined uploads can take longer to process; if that happens, no credit is used and you're told to try again or with fewer files.
Your first summary is free, download included. Time saved on review is time spent winning cases.
